About Sadaf

Hello! I’m Sadaf. I’m a highly qualified massage therapist based in Redbridge, Essex.

I trained at the Jing Advanced Massage School and in my work, I draw upon a unique fusion of Eastern and Western techniques from Thai, Ayurveda, Indian Head Massage, Shiatsu and Japanese Rejuvenation techniques to Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial and Trigger Point Therapy.

I’m passionate about helping women heal their physical pain and I specialize in treating conditions such as sciatica, lower back pain, fibromyalgia, whiplash, diabetes, migraines, trapped nerve and; complications and pain associated with pregnancy.

My unique Balance and Calm program brings together life coaching and massage. It’s the perfect combination to reduce your stress and anxiety.
